You know those people who are always motivated to go to the gym, go running in the mornings, and just don’t feel fine if they haven’t had an intense pilates class that week? Well, I’m not one of them. I do love dance (as a complete and utter amateur), and I take perverse pleasure in workout videos — there’s something about the silly music and outfits and being able to follow along in the privacy of my own home that appeals to me. So I’ve created this blog as a space to record my experiences trying to work dance and exercise into my everyday life. You’ll notice that I’m a particular fan of bellydance, love dance-based workouts, and that I recently had a baby — hence more reviews of prenatal and postnatal workout videos.
